  • Notification List

If you would like to be notified prior to a ground or aerial adulticide treatment please call 239-694-2174 and ask to added to the District notification list. To be added we will need your name, exact address including a zip code, a phone number that has the ability to record a message and if you are a year round resident or for what period of time will you be living in Lee County Mosquito Control’s District boundary.

Decisions on adulticide treatments are determined on a daily basis after compiling all surveillance data. Determination of treatment area is usually decided before 2 PM and an automated call  will notify you of treatment within your area for that evening; however, we cannot guarantee it will always be by 2 PM. To see a map of aerial adulticiding by aircraft or ground trucks please click on on Make a Service Request on the Home Page. You can enter your address and get a marker of your address on the map. Next click on show treatment areas and insert the date. The green blocks indicate scheduled ground treatment area(s) and the yellow blocks indicate scheduled aerial treatment area(s). It will not show in advance of the current day.
